Common questions

Do I need a workspace to use Pro Projects?

No. Solo designers can add Pro Projects to a personal Hobbyist plan. A workspace is only needed if you want shared team assets and multiple seats.

What is Custom Planner?

Custom Planner lets nurseries, garden centers, and retailers offer their customers a branded garden planner scoped to their plant catalog. Your customers plan gardens using your plants, and you get engagement analytics. Add Storefront later to sell plants directly.

Do I need a workspace to use Custom Planner?

No. A single Hobbyist account is all you need. Upgrade to a workspace later if you want multiple team members managing your catalog and planner.

Can our master gardener program use a workspace without Pro Projects?

Absolutely. Workspace gives you shared plants, lists, modules, and a public page. Pro Projects is an optional add-on for client work.

What happens to my personal gardens when I create a workspace?

They stay on your personal account. Workspace gardens are separate and shared with your team.

Who can purchase for a workspace?

Only the workspace owner manages billing. Admins and members use the plan but don’t see billing.

What's the difference between Letter and Arch D export?

Letter is 8.5×11 for digital sharing. Arch D is 24×36 for large-format printing — ideal for client presentations and construction docs. Arch D requires Pro Projects.

Can my clients see other clients' projects?

No. Each client only sees the projects they’re invited to.

Can I start free and upgrade later?

Yes. You can upgrade to Hobbyist or create a workspace at any time. Add-ons can be added or removed from your billing page.
